I've always enjoyed photography, especially capturing animals in their natural habitats and doing candids.  When I lost my dog of 14 years, Tabitha, I started volunteering at a local shelter and was able to put both of those passions together photographing not just the animals for their website, but the other volunteers working with the animals.  I eventually adopted two dogs from the shelter, one of whom you are looking at with my father.  Their relationship was walking buddies.  This photo was taken one of the many walks we all had when I visited my parents.
